However, they will not be able to search the database for candidates, nor will they have access to names and contact details of MBAs, unless you wish to contact them (in which case their contact details will be sent to you). So, unlike other recruitment sites, the recruitment process will be totally confidential and you the MBA user will be in control of recruitment interactions.
